Just wanted to let you know that on the www.PlanetEternia.de forum the user called "FigurenImperium" currently has several vintage MotU MOCs for sale. I just realized that among them is that canadian Teela with TAKARA sticker which you're looking for. The price is pretty good in my opinion (50 Euros), the blister is repaired on top of the bubble with tape 'tho. Here are two pics:
