| don't be all too harsh with low feedback sellers.
you never know, perhaps he's really just a newbie at ebay?
i have made some great deals with sellers like that.
and in worst case you do still have the paypal-protection... well at least more or less.

I think so, yeah.
Although that textpassage at the payment-option "Cet achat est couvert ā hauteur de 200 EUR" reads that only an amount up to 200 Euros will be covered in case of a fraudulent action.
