| Hello fellow MOTU fans,
I'm TerdVader, most people just call me 'terd. I was a big MOTU fan when I was a kid, and just last year dusted off my old figures to accompany the Greyskull and Snake Mountain my local comic shop sold me. I always wanted those as a kid and after 20 odd years I finally got them. Then the bug hit me and I got a few of the figures that came in that collection. A few months later I saw the "Best of" MotU DVD in the clearance bin for $4 something and picked it up to watch with my 3 year old. Unlike other shows I enjoyed when I was a kid, I really felt like this one held up. The vibrant atmosphere of Eternia, and the loose continuity instantly drew me back. As opposed to my other great love, Star Wars, in which I've been slightly driven back in recent years due to the sheer amount of continuity and canon and pointless bickering between fans.
Anyway, is this a new forum?
I lurked over at the .org for some time, but never registered since I never felt like activating my pay email account.
Right now I'm in the process of taking down my far too cluttered toy area in my basement, when I set it back up I take and post pics! |
