| It all started in 2003 when me and my friends were biking around looking for yardsales when I came across a battle armor skeletor, loose incomplete for 25 cents. I then began started looking around comic shops and yardsales and picked up loose incomplete figures and some complete. On my way to a comic shop I met a guy who said he had about 10 figures complete! I was so happy, these figures included Faker,Beastman,Skeletor,He-man,Ram-man,Teela,Stratos,Mecaneck,Webstor and Mer-man, from there I found Ebay. and have come a long way from there.. Long live Motu!!! to think my craze was started by an incomplete battle armor skeletor! |

| My "Kickstart" was the found of my old radio play tapes from Masters Of The Universe (only released in Germany by EUROPA) in a box at my mothers basement. Sadly i have sold all my figures from my childhood when i was 13 or 14 years old.... - Fuck!
Heared an episode in my car radio on my way back home, remembered the good old times, had a look at ebay, bought a He-Man/Battle Cat & Skeletor/Panthor set and was kicked into my ass - that was the beginning of my collector career. _________________

| Commemoratives - later! Bought the 5-Pack with Adam 2 years ago (sold it already), but the fuckinīface of Adam and He-Man frustrating me..... But it was a good idea by Mattel to release them, my wish for the Commemoratives was only more love to the detail, but that is Mattel.....
No, He-Man/BC and Skeletor/Panthor were loose and complete. _________________

| Really cool stories how you began to start collecting the greatest toyline of all time!!! Damn Johnny !!!!! 300 mocs !!!! I hate you for that Now My Story: It all began back in 2003 !!! I was in Stuttgart with my Girlfriend and visited my brother. We went to the city to go shopping. I always go in a comic shop when I am in stuttgart, also this day. When I came into the shop my heart was nearly stopping to beat! I saw this crazy new style Skeletor!!! I was confused, cause I know that mattel stopped the toyline back in the 80's. My thought were: Maybe Mattel continued the New Adventures line, cause for me this Skeletor doesn't look like the vintage one, and now they look like that. So I asked the guy there and he told me that this is a new line and it also will appear a cartoon! Damn I was so happy!!! A line toyline including a new cartoon series. I asked for the price for the Skeletor, he said 50! UFF for what???? This shop is a US Comic shop, all stuff there is imported from the U.S. So this fantastic moment of a new line left my brain and I went out of the shop. 3 Months later my brother surprised me with this skeletor for christmas. For me it was like 20 years back, only with the feeling that I have an ugly Skeletor now, instead of the beautiful one from the 80's After that I started to make announcements in newspapers for vintage He-man figures. First I was really successful and received every week phonecalls for loose figures. First I collected vintage only loose and the 200x line moc, all without ebay and internet. A half year later, I browsed the internet for He-man for the first time, I discovered so many nice things and so many vintage figures carded!!!! Damn but the prices were not payable for me!!!!! Than in the summer of 2004 I received the best call ever! An old woman called me, sunday morning 8 a.m. , and said: I saw your announcement in the newspaper that you are searching for he-man figures, I have 15 figures in my attic. I asked here if she maybe knows the name of the figures, cause I nearly had all now and don't wanted to have doubles. She said: sure, just a moment, and she began: He-man/musclor Man e Faces/Maskor Fisto Man at arms/maitre d armes Teela Mekaneck Whiplash/lezor Prince Adam . . . I said ok ok enough, but why do you know the french names of the figures? She said, there are written on the card I nearly went crazy!!!! I bought them all for loosy 75 I have to check my cd's at home, maybe I find the picture with the lot. _________________ MAKE WAY FOR THE BAD GUY |

| Hey I just realized something for the 1st time:
That lady you got the MOCs from was from Germany, right? I am confused now, because what are the "cassette gratis" MOCs doing in that lot?
Have they been sold in Germany? That would be strange since the tape-language is DUTCH and not GERMAN. Or perhaps yours had the german tapes from EUROPA included - do you maybe remember?
