It's an unreleased series by Ben Stiller, based only upon this pilot.
Starring Jack Black, Owen Wilson (voice-acting) and Ben Stiller's wife Christine Taylor!
Summed up it's mocking KNIGHT RIDER and the like, here's a small synopsis:
