| I just found this old drawing of mine on my computer today, wow, long time since I drew something. I'm going to sculpt a custom Faker statue very soon..... _________________ P1-AKA-*BARBARIAN* & THE NAME'S STEVEN "THAT WHICH DOES DOES NOT KILL US MAKES US STRONGER!" ~ FRIEDRICH NIETZSCHE

| This is when I made a Mold and casted the 2001 He-man Statue from Comic-con. I just have to grind away the body armor and sculpt Faker body armor then make a new mold & cast it.
Look:

What's up Arkangel, thanks for the compliments. I use modeling apoxie. It's called Apoxie sculpt. Apoxie Sculpt is used around the world by sculptors, restorers, miniaturists, hobbyists, crafters, repair persons, and students. It is used in museums, schools, motion picture studios, aquariums, and theme parks. Apoxie Sculpt, is a self-hardening synthetic clay that combines the features and benefits of clay with those of epoxies. It works great, you can use different color Apoxies. Sand, grind, polish, etc. Really cool product. That's how I made my custom He-ro. After I finish sculpting I coat it with polishing compound so the silicone I use to make a mold for it doesn't adhere to it, otherwise your mold & your master object you're using to cast gets ruined. Go to this site: http://www.avesstudio.com/Products/Apoxie_Sculpt/apoxie_sculpt.html and you can see there.
Cheers MOTU brother _________________ P1-AKA-*BARBARIAN* & THE NAME'S STEVEN "THAT WHICH DOES DOES NOT KILL US MAKES US STRONGER!" ~ FRIEDRICH NIETZSCHE

| That's some cool fanart Paul, also considering the fact that it was done 6 years ago already!!! I really dig how you used the different colors for hair (red) and armor & sword (more purple), like the way Faker is pictured on the vintage cardbacks. Cool!
Do you have more fanart floating around? Go ahead and post them.
Funny thing is i remember also doing a MotU fanart back in 2002 already (drew a picture of my battle armor he-man toy), but it took me 2 more years to start collecting again... damn! _________________
