| Ok, been wondering about this for a while, about 15 years ago around here where i live a strange phenomenon started to happen, you get to a car parking lot where there's loads of empty parking spots and you noticed there is a junkie around helping you park the car (no matter how useless that is) . The catch is, if you do not giving him a coin you'll probably have your car scratched when you come back, and this is fucked up!
I wonder if this piece of trash situation happens on other countrys aswell

Are there car-window-washer too ???
In Hungary,Czeck,... Countrys near the Ex-Iron-Courtain (Berlin-Wall) with Vistors from the West-Side. There a parking-places at Restaurants or Shopping-Malls with SECURITY, some you have to pay others are for free (Restaurant Owner pays itsef).
But that's about 15 Years ago 
Some old fucked-up Trabbies, Trabants and than shinny BMW,VW,Audi - looks very strange, andthe Security have a work

| i think gippsys once tried that window wash system, i was a victim lol but that did not stick very well, not aswell as this parking junkie shit, it fucking pisses me off, makes me want to kill them to death

yes, if you don't give him the coin you most likely gonna get your car scratched, i always park away from them, its either that or having there face smacked real hard, i truly hate them, probably one of the two things i hate most.

How much money are the asking for the "parking help" ?
Personally I would hit him full-throttle with the car when parking in.
Unintentionally of course. 
And them I would ask him for some coins, in order to call an ambulance for him...

| usualy people give them 50 cents or so, i never give them money, i either don't park or if i happen to have a pack of cigarrettes with me i just give about 4 or 4 to them, that settles the thing
