...do you not collect Princess Of Power toys? (for the persons who are concerned) Why I ask? It is because the both universes are the same, for me MOTU=POP and POP=MOTU you consider this line to be only for girls? or just no feeling? (same question concerning NA) Let me all _________________

I don't really like the Princess Of Power line. Reason being that both universes (POP and MOTU) are not really connected. In my opinion Mattel was just looking for a lame excuse to get both girls and boys into collecting dolls (and yeah this time it was actuall dolls with fancy dresses, and no action figures), so the easiest way was to make up the story of He-Man and She-Ra being twins. The only sad thing was that Hordak was dragged into She-Ra's universe (Etheria), as I would have loved to see him in the regular MotU cartoon... _________________ ~~~ He has got a bucket on his heeeaaaad !!! ~~~

I like POP and I collect them carded when I have the chance to get one cheap. I also own some loose but I like them more when they are in their packages. I'm not familiar with NA's, I have some loose and had some carded (but sold them). I doesn't really like their look and their size.

I collect the PRINCESS OF POWER toyline, too! It is a part of the MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE history. But I like the original MATTEL toy version - not the FILMATION cartoons! HORDAK is after HE-MAN not a main villain of SHE-RA. He only kidnapped SHE-RA - that's all! CATRA fits better to SHE-RA as villain. Also the style of charakters looks better on artworks by MATTEL.

The Story about MotU is cool, but what have they in common, nothing more than the Base, and I have recognize that many of my favorite TV-Series have a lot in common, sounds strange but so is it,... MotU Classic Pre-commerce Story (dark potential, look at the first Prototypes and Arts) <-> Cartoon,Comics (sometimes to childish) <-> Dinosaurs,Space (the spirit of that time) <-> POP (for boys with sisters) <-> 200x (stupid Re-Collectors with no feeling for the good times) <-> Statues (trying to be cool) one like these the other like those like StarTrek <-> Classic <-> TNG <-> DS9 <-> Voy. <-> Ent. --> which is the best, each with his own spirit,... Now what have they in common MotU,POP -> powerfull Weapon, lost Sister, space Portals, magic Being Buffy -> powerfull Weapon (Scare Glow shape) , lost Sister, hell Portals, magic Being Stargate -> just look at the Pics -> Skeletor vs Sorceress - and of cousre old mystical egypt powers, lets say Earth and Atlantis are the lost childrens, and of cousre a space portal, Star Trek -> I just get tired of that, there is too much in it ... Star Wars -> The Force, Princess Leia, W.I.T.C.H. -> see the Intro - P.Weapon, Sisters, Portals, Magic B, and the names are as imaginative as from Mattel, and a cool intro like on the POP movie, and Merchandising,... now it's gettin a bit fishy The X-Files (Mulder,Scully) -> the most powerfull Weapon - the human ignorance for all which is beside what the others see for me like in Orwells 1984 / and of course Mulders lost Sister Samantha / the UFOs and others for the rest of it But EVERYONE has the same story about friendship and objectivesand YES I'm White & Nerdy, and that's cooler than a hokeyhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xEzGIuY7kw

I never saw POP as a kid ... and if some boy in my class would have watched it he would be beaten up and made fun of every day of his school-life _________________ regards Reza

i saw them POP toys as a kid, but i never got them. to me they seem to be the girl-version of MOTU. i remember a girl living in the same street and she had all the POP stuff while her brother had the MOTU toys. i never saw the cartoon back in the days...

For me, MOTU had something special that resonated within me as a child, and continues to this day. When MOTU first appeared in '81, I was amazed. All forms of MOTU have that effect on me (doesn't include NA or POP). POP never had that effect on me. I can't explain it any better then that. The closest thing that inspired that MOTU awe within me was the recent exclusive She-Ra figure. The design was more like a 200X MOTU female figure, and it seemed to have that something that other MOTU toys have. It helped that the package read MOTU instead of POP too. I thought about getting a Catra figure once, but again, it just didn't work for me. I'm looking forward to an MOTUC Catra figure though!

I have some loose POP stuff but the MOCs are too pink for me too. I have no problem with the figures though!

I do not have POP in my collection even if I consider Shera takes part in the motu universe.

Until I had internet, I even never heard about the cartoon or figures of POP. Why I don't collect them? they are too similar to barbies, without decent weapons, and without the style of a normal figure. I only have a She-ra that was going with a lot and I keep it for fun, and for knowing what they look like. This doesn't mean that I hate She-ra as a character, and someday I will make her and some other characters of POP as customs, with Marvel legends or DCUC bodies.

I like She-Ra cartoon very much because you can see there one of my favourite character: Shadow Weaver and rest of The Evil Horde. I also have some POP figures which has came to me when i have bought some Motu lots and some episodes on VHS, but i dont "collect" them specially.

I received the first line(except Kowl, which I got from a show after i was grown) of POP with some MOTU toys one year for Christmas as a kid because it said she was He-Man's sister. Never got anymore even though I liked some later characters better. I watched the toon for the Horde & random appearances by He-Man & Skeletor. I think everyone should own at least She-Ra, the rest take or leave.
